[ 9.0 ] IGN Wii says "Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium was the Virtual Console's sole new game for Christmas '08, and while it arrived unaccompanied by any other classic games it's more than capable of standing up on its own. It's a classic SEGA Genesis role-playing game, argued by many to be the best RPG to ever come from that system -- and further argued to be one of the best Genesis games ever released, period.
